What happens during the treatment?

This treatment is holistic and the Assemblage Point practitioner will ask questions of the patient about their current psychological and physical health. Complete honesty is vital in assisting the practitioner to locate the Assemblage Point, which is a highly skilled and difficult process requiring a specific form of touch. Sometimes shadows of the Assemblage Point can be discovered in one or more parts of the Upper Body, and detecting them can be difficult but is all part of the Assemblage Point practitioner's training. (Which is why it is essential to visit only established Assemblage Point practitioners who have been trained and registered with The Assemblage Point Association.)

The locating of the Assemblage Point is then followed by the correctional treatment which involves re-directing the Assemblage Point back to it's natural location, in the centre of the chest. This is achieved by the administering of several blows to the back of the chest, between the shoulder-blades. (The blows are not painful, and deliver more of a jolt .This is necessary in order to loosen the Point from it's displaced location.) A very large chrystal wand is, simultaneously placed at the front of the chest which acts rather like a strong magnet, to attract and draw the Assemblage Point from it's current position, into the correct site.

However, If a patient has arthritis, damaged discs, osteoporosis or is in any way too delicate to withstand the blows, then a 'Sliding Shift' is performed. The practitioner then uses two crystal wands, at the back and front of the body, and 'slides' the point gently across from it's current position and back to the centre of the chest.

These crystal wands are of a particular size, weight and strength and they are matched together in pairs. They are specially mined and shaped for the sole use of qualified Assemblage Point Shifters by The Assemblage Point Association. (Smaller wands are simply not up to the job!). The use of these large crystal wands has no affiliation with 'crystal healing'. These powerful Quartz wands are used because of the strong pulse which they resonate and are also known as dielectric frequency resonaters. This means they pulsate at a frequency strong enough to move the Point.

Following the corrective treatment, the patient sits down and holds the crystal wand against their chest for approximately 5 minutes to 'fix' the Point into it's new position. Then s/he lies down on a comfortable massage to rest.

The 'Shift' has now re-set the body and mind rather like a computer that has been re-booted, and just like computers, recipients tend to 'shut down' for a short period of time, whilst their body and mind re-set.

A good rest will certainly be required if the patient has then to drive. Feelings of being sleepy or 'spacey' are mostly followed by delightful feelings of relaxation.
